When you contact us for support with our products, we may also collect details on your console/PC configuration and player ID if necessary for troubleshooting.

When we collect your data directly from you, we will inform you if it is necessary to provide the data requested, those fields that must be completed will be identified with an asterisk. If you do not provide the necessary information, we may be unable to resolve your issue or provide our products or services. Below, we inform you about the data processing covered by this privacy policy, the purpose of the processing, the legal basis under the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, GDPR) and the specific retention period for the data.

The processing is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject. For as long as necessary to respond to your request and for the duration of any contractual relationship we may enter into as a result.
Exercise of data subjects’ rights: In the event that, as a data subject, you exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal data, we will use your identification and contact data, and any other data you provide to evaluate your request and respond to it.
